Returns

Thank you for shopping with Koka Beauty. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our skincare and bath items. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, handcrafted bath and body products made with natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that your experience with Koka Beauty is smooth and transparent.

We encourage you to read the product descriptions and ingredients carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer service team at hello@kokabeauty.com prior to purchase.

In case you notice damage to the parcel in the presence of a courier, please take photos of the damages and refuse to accept it. If the parcel is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of the date you received it as long as it has not been opened.  Please note that returns are only possible for the entire parcel and we can only accept returns in original unopened packaging. Returned products have to remain unused, in the condition they were received, and in their original box and/or packaging. It is not possible to return the items that have been opened, tested, swatched or used.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kokabeauty.ie with your order number and full name. To be eligible for a retun, the item must be in its original packaging and box, unopened.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
